The introduction of the AI chatbot has been beneficial in a number of ways:
- Enhancing the overall accessibility of the center’s resources for students and alumni by providing instant, user-friendly access to information at any time.
- Personalizing the ways in which students and alumni interface with the center’s resources, events and services.
- Providing a channel for straightforward and quick career tips on essential topics such as resumes, cover letters, and interviewing techniques.
- Guiding the center’s administration on future enhancements, based on user feedback and changing needs, so as to remain a vital U-M resource for networking, career exploration, and career development.
