Outcome/Impact

By implementing a Maizey-powered chatbot directly on their website, LTP transformed how faculty, staff, students, and their own team access information. In just nine months, the chatbot has answered over 4,000 questions to date, delivering instant, accurate, and LTP-verified responses without requiring users to navigate hundreds of pages. This significantly reduced support burden, improved the user experience, and ensured fast access to up-to-date information during a major campus-wide change.
